Your responsibilities will include: • Leading by example during complex cardiac and vascular procedures, ensuring precision, safety, and compassionate care, • Coaching, mentoring, and precepting team members to build confidence, skill, and alignment with best practices, • Overseeing workflow, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a safe, sterile, and fully prepared environment, • Advocating for patients and families throughout the care journey, providing guidance, education, and reassurance, • Driving team success by supporting hiring, onboarding, and communication of new practices and standards, • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date, • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date, • Vocational School Graduate, • (ARRT-R) Radiography, or (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date No Travel Required UCF Lake Nona Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
