REPORTS TO: Restaurant Manager KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Guests, Kitchen Staff, Stewarding Staff, F&B Staff Job Description: Server assistants must move quickly and efficiently, and maintain constant communication with the server on the status of each table. The server assistant needs to assist the server by ensuring that every guest's needs and special requests are met. He/she is the backbone of the service team, making sure that the basics of service are met, from water service to resetting the table. The bartender is also responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all our guests. Each bartender's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again and again. Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Job Description: It is the primary responsibility of Food Runner to assist the servers by cleaning tables and keeping the side stations clean and well-stocked. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. The food runner is responsible for expediting and delivering all food from the kitchen to the table.
