Review “No Hours Report” with branch Human Resource staff on a weekly basis, and disposition employees who are on “active” status with no hours, in accordance with company policies, ensuring no employees remain on “no hours” status beyond 3 weeks Payroll Management • Receive weekly timesheets and update WinTeam schedules as necessary (verify such for self-scheduling accounts); run weekly payroll according to company procedures. Ensure records are properly maintained and updated to reduce payroll errors; resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, and communicate status of such to affected employees, to minimize financial exposure for Company, • Follow all company policies regarding timekeeping procedures, meal and rest period breaks (where applicable), ensuring signatures and acknowledgements are properly documented (where applicable), and conducting weekly audits of timekeeping records to ensure accuracy, • Process requests for final paychecks, anniversary bonuses and other pay related issues, and execute the distribution of such pay; act as a Company representative in such matters as unemployment hearings, workers’ compensation hearings/depositions, union meetings (where applicable), state agency activities, depositions, and other related liability matters Employee Relations • Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions with Security Professionals as needed in a proactive and professional manner. An integral part of our Center is Post Watch™, a real-time schedule monitoring system that records the actual arrival and departure times of officers at their assigned posts. In addition, Post Watch immediately flags a post where an officer has not arrived on time, triggering an operator to contact the site to verify arrival or begin the escalating process searching for a replacement who meets the requirements of that post. The Enterprise Accounts Specialist is responsible for monitoring high-profile Enterprise Accounts by identifying gaps in scheduled service, documenting schedule changes, coordinating responses to emergency situations, and ensuring all issues identified during their shift are accurately documented and escalated to SAC and/or branch leadership. Overview Security Officer License is required for this position. A leading national security firm is looking for immediate package screeners. This position requires employees to use screening technology to screen packages for prohibited items as well as perform equipment and record keeping duties. Hours Monday -Friday late afternoon evening hours. Responsibilities Screen packages in compliance with guidelines set forth by employer. Actively screen and search for prohibited items and IEDs. This includes, but is not limited to physical search, explosive trace detection, and X-ray screening. (Will Train) Calibrate and maintain screening technology.
