As a Linguistic Lead Tester, you’ll help bring high-quality Croatian content to life and ensure it feels natural, accurate, and polished for end users. The Onsite Lead Tester is responsible for the overall quality of their language at an account level, as well as the main point of contact for Language Leads. This role is ideal for someone with native-level fluency in Croatian, fluency in English, and strong communication skills. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers and stakeholders at different levels, can provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback, and confidently present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and linguists.
