What You'll Do As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by: • Reading and interpreting work orders, pick lists, packing slips, and shipping documents., • Accurately pulling, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment., • Restocking inventory and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations., • Assisting with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments., • Preparing accurate shipment documentation for carriers and internal records., • Following HAZMAT shipping procedures and safety requirements when handling regulated materials., • Operating warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand carts., • Using warehouse systems, including JDE and RF scanners, to locate inventory and update order information., • Supporting inventory management by tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies., • Assisting the shipping department while learning products, processes, and warehouse operations., • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.What You BringRequired Qualifications, • Experience with order picking, pulling, packing, or warehouse operations., • At least 1 year of experience using Excel for data entry, tracking, or reporting., • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment., • Experience using, or willingness to learn, RF scanners., • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory management systems such as JDE., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., • Effective communication and teamwork skills., • Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving materials., • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications, • At least 1 year of inventory management experience., • At least 1 year of shipping or logistics experience., • Interest in developing skills in shipping and warehouse logistics., • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including dusty conditions with provided PPE., • Strong desire to learn new systems, products, and operational processes.Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
