In addition, you will work with an installer to learn about all aspects of installing, paperwork completion, communication, product knowledge, and fireplace install manual interpretation. Work Environment This position is primarily day shift, Monday through Friday, with typical hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at patient service centers and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at in-office phlebotomy locations. The home base is in Indianapolis with regular travel around the north side of the city and occasional coverage at a site in West Lafayette. Mileage and drive time are compensated when applicable. You will work in busy clinical environments, including obstetrics/gynecology offices and patient service centers that handle a high volume of patients, including those undergoing fertility evaluations, pregnancy-related testing, pediatric visits, drug screens, hair collections, and paternity testing. The role involves frequent use of laboratory equipment such as centrifuges and requires careful handling and storage of biological specimens in accordance with specific temperature and transport protocols. The environment emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and infection control, with adherence to OSHA and DEP standards.
