Job Description Warehouse, procurement, inventory, and fleet coordination responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Organization, cleanliness, and security of warehouse, • Maintain accurate inventory records in CRM system, • Establish and maintain replenishment levels for high usage items, • Research and monitor product pricing for existing and new product sources, • Create, submit, monitor, and maintain purchase orders by vendor, including PO status updates, tracking information, backorder status, and closure once product has been received and checked into inventory • Receive product shipments, verify packing slips against delivered contents, record serial numbers when applicable, and stage received product in the appropriate project area • Assist company with expense tracking related to freight, shipping/handling, etc., • Pick inventory product for staging and/or shipping, including proper warehouse/bin selection and technician check-out documentation, • Collaborate closely with Team Directors, Sales, Project Managers, technicians, vendors, and carriers to communicate order status, delivery ETAs, backorders, and project readiness via ticket updates, email, and/or phone calls • Print, complete, scan, attach, and file pick tickets related to product picking, staging, shipping, and technician check-out, • Actively manage backorders by researching alternate sources, coordinating with Team Directors, documenting decisions in ticket notes, and following up with vendors as needed, • Produce quarterly and annual inventory reports, • Maintain company fleet records, including assigned drivers, vehicle assignments, GPS database information, and related documentation, • Track and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, regularly scheduled maintenance, inspections, and service appointments, • Monitor vehicle maintenance due dates and communicate upcoming service needs to assigned drivers and management, • Coordinate with outside service providers for vehicle maintenance, repairs, scheduling, and service documentation as needed • Produce quarterly vehicle maintenance reports summarizing completed service, upcoming maintenance needs, mileage/service intervals, and open vehicle-related issues *General nature of job may involve office and warehouse work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, staging materials, pallet jack use, and forklift use if certified/authorized \nCompany Description VIP Technology Solutions Group is a turnkey communications technology provider for businesses.
