We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, modern digital solutions. Position Summary: As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our web applications and technical platforms. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, building intuitive user interfaces, developing robust server-side architecture, and optimizing data pipelines to support key business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Java)., • Build, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices to facilitate seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems., • Architect, manage, and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases., • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and technical specifications., • Conduct code reviews, implement unit and integration testing, and ensure high code quality, security, and performance standards across the stack., • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize user experience and platform reliability., • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce standard continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience., • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer working across web technologies., • Proficient in front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, alongside modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js., • Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)., • Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB., • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker containerization, and CI/CD tools., • Experience with Git version control systems and agile software development workflows., • Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
