Job DescriptionHandyman (Facilities Technician) Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance and experience. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman to join our property maintenance team. This role is responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents, responding to maintenance requests, and helping maintain the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience with apartment turnovers, drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. The role requires regular use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment, as well as participation in an on-call rotation and winter snow removal efforts. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
