onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated Manufacturing Applications IT Leader / Service Delivery Manager to join our leadership team in Gresham, OR. As the Manufacturing Applications IT Leader / Service Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee all manufacturing application software development, systems analysis, and associated ongoing operational/sustainability needs of the site by partnering with multiple IT teams to ensure IT service delivery. This includes the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), equipment automation, and the myriad of data involved throughout the business process. The systems and data that this team is responsible for is ultimately used by leadership, operations, engineering, quality, and logistics to improve and manage the site’s performance. This position requires an individual who enjoys problem-solving roles with good interpersonal and communication skills.
