Job DescriptionConcrete Form Setter / Carpenter / Finisher Phoenix Metro Area | $28-$34/hr Build High-End Projects with a Growing Team We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters, Carpenters, and Finishers to support high-end custom residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Phoenix Metro Area. This position is ideal for skilled concrete professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, safety, and delivering exceptional finished work. This is a skilled-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of concrete form setting experience. Candidates without 5+ years of relevant experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities • Set, align, and install concrete forms for foundations, walls, columns, footings, and other structural elements, • Place, tie, and secure rebar according to project specifications, • Assist with concrete placement, pours, and finishing operations, • Perform concrete finishing using bull floats, power screeds, hand tools, and other finishing equipment, • Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and dimensions accurately, • Safely operate hand and power tools, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site, • Travel to project sites throughout the Phoenix Valley as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum Requirements, • 5+ years of concrete form setting experience, • Proven experience with structural concrete, including walls, columns, foundations, and footings, • Experience with rebar installation and placement, • Concrete finishing experience, • Ability to read a tape measure and work accurately from plans and dimensions, • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments, • Reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications, • Experience in both residential and commercial concrete construction, • Experience working on custom home projects, • Lead, foreman, or crew leadership experienceCompensation & Benefits, • $28-$34/hr, depending on experience, • Consistent, year-round work with a reputable and growing contractor, • Opportunity to work on premier custom residential projects throughout the Valley, • Paid drive time for qualifying out-of-town projects, • Professional, safety-focused work environmentWork Environment, • Outdoor construction sites located throughout the Phoenix Metro Area, • Primarily custom residential construction, with select commercial projects, • Hands-on work involving form setting, rebar placement, concrete placement, and finishing, • Collaborative team culture centered on quality, safety, and craftsmanshipJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
