WHAT YOU’LL DO Every shift starts with one goal: Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities may include: Guest Experience • Welcome every guest with a positive attitude., • Prepare customized orders accurately and efficiently., • Deliver friendly, fast, and genuine customer service., • Resolve guest concerns professionally., • Maintain a clean and inviting dining room. Food Preparation • Prepare fresh ingredients daily., • Grill meats and vegetables., • Fry chips, fries, quesadillas, and other menu items., • Assemble burritos, bowls, tacos, nachos, salads, and other made-to-order meals., • Follow recipes and portion standards., • Ensure food quality and presentation meet Taco Tek standards. Restaurant Operations • Stock and replenish ingredients throughout the shift., • Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures., • Monitor food quality and freshness., • Complete prep work throughout the day., • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards., • Complete temperature logs and required checklists. Teamwork • Support teammates during busy periods., • Communicate clearly between front and back of house., • Help train new Crew Members., • Maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
