The firm is growing and investing in its future, making this an excellent time to join.The TeamThe private client team is the largest in the firm, currently comprising nine fee earners of varying experience. The team handles the full range of private client matters, including taxable and non-taxable estate administration, wills, lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, trusts, and probate work.The department is busy, collaborative, and deeply embedded in the local community. It prides itself on delivering a professional yet personal service, with a strong emphasis on client care and technical quality.The RoleYou will inherit an existing caseload of full estate administrations and lasting powers of attorney, allowing you to settle in quickly and focus on building client relationships from day one. You will manage your own files with appropriate autonomy, advising clients on complex estates, inheritance tax, trusts, and succession planning.Critically, there is a strong leadership opportunity here. The firm is looking for someone who is interested, though not obliged, in sharing departmental management responsibilities and progressing towards partnership.
