What You’ll Do Prepare excellent speciality coffee and drinks, help on food when needed Welcome every customer with warmth and confidence. Build relationships with regular customers. Recommend food and drinks naturally (great at upselling but never pushy). Keep the café looking beautiful throughout the day. Work as part of a supportive team. Help us create an atmosphere people want to return to. Perfect knowledge of latte art and use of expresso machine and grinder knowledge of espresso recipes and how to calibrate both grinder and espresso coffee machine. Dialing in knowledge of filter coffee knowledge of beans: able to comunicate to the customer what beans we are using and what could be the best for every customer. Upselling beans bag Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items. Prepare food following the cafe standards.
