Applicants with exposure to invoice finance, asset-based lending, factoring or invoice discounting environments will be highly advantageous, although candidates with broader commercial audit or financial services experience will also be considered. Candidates should possess excellent investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial information, identify commercial risks and produce clear, well-structured reports. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently will be essential. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are equally important, with applicants expected to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service. The successful individual will be proactive, detail-oriented and commercially aware, with a strong work ethic and a desire to continually develop their expertise. Prepare and submit RTI returns, CIS deductions, and end-of-year returns, including forms P11D and Class 1A NIC calculations. Key Requirements • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll management, preferably in a client-facing or practice environment. A CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) qualification, or an equivalent industry-recognized payroll certification, demonstrating expertise in payroll and its associated regulations. Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., BrightPay) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel. Capable of handling a high volume of payroll data while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
