Or because of Visa requirements through and agency. Minimum of 26 hours per week. But can also be full time at 37 hours + per week. (It can not be on a 20 hour basis). About the position Weekly hours minimum 26 hours. These shifts are from 20.00 - 09.00 sole charge (but with parents in house). These shifts are only sole charge after extensive training. These are strictly waking nights in the family home. It would also involve sometimes to accompany on short holidays (in the UK) and cover at Christmas. We would prefer someone to work on a self-employed basis with a UTR number (not cash in hand). It is exactly 26 hours minimum per week. We hope to find someone who has specific interest in special needs. It is not a summer job but we hope to find someone to commit for a minimum of 12months. His environment will need to be kept clean and tidy (it is not a cleaner position but to ensure that his environment stays tidy, safe and fit for purpose). You will help with his laundry too. This position could offer full time hours from the autumn and during summer holidays when other team members are on holiday. You will be trained by members of the experienced team in all of his health needs but also the principles of ABA - a behaviour therapy. You will need to attend some of the team meetings too.
