hackajob is collaborating with Colt Technology Services to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. \n Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure. \n Why we need this role \n As an Account Executive in our Large Enterprise Account Development team, your mission is to manage some key accounts and revive, grow, and transform Colt’s footprint across dormant, dim, and low-spend enterprise customers. You will spearhead the creation of tailored account strategies, develop C-suite relationships, and lead multi-disciplinary virtual teams to deliver business outcomes through Colt’s innovative portfolio. \n What you will do \n Strategic Business Development \n • Lead the development of growth strategies across a defined portfolio of dormant, low-engagement, or dark enterprise accounts. \n • Re-energize and expand relationships within multi-site, complex organisations to re-establish Colt as a trusted partner. \n • Identify whitespace opportunities and engage stakeholders at all levels with a consultative approach. \n \n Executive-Level Engagement \n • Build and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers, including CxO-level, aligning Colt’s solutions to evolving customer outcomes. \n • Drive strategic account planning and executive briefings to strengthen long-term partnerships. \n \n Data-Led Sales Execution \n • Use insights and analytics to prioritize opportunities, develop value propositions, and shape winning strategies. \n • Own and manage pipeline and forecasting accuracy using modern sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN). \n \n Revenue Generation & Cross-Sell \n • Drive incremental revenue by expanding Colt’s footprint within existing underperforming enterprise accounts. \n • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Colt’s portfolio including cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, security, and voice. \n \n Internal Collaboration & Leadership \n • Orchestrate virtual teams across Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Delivery to drive pre-sales and post-sales execution. \n • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to less experienced account executives and support peer enablement. \n What we're looking for \n • Recent and relevant enterprise sales experience in B2B environments, ideally within digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS. \n • Demonstrated ability to revive dormant accounts, activate whitespace, and consistently exceed growth targets. \n • Proven track record managing complex, multi-divisional enterprise accounts with international presence. \n • Deep experience in executive stakeholder management and strategic opportunity creation. \n • Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution. \n • Ability to translate customer outcomes into commercially viable solutions across networking, cloud, and digital transformation domains. \n • Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and driven by outcomes – not activity. \n • Strong command of pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce). \n • Proficiency in consultative and insight-led selling methodologies. \n What we offer you: \n Looking to make a mark? \n At Colt, you’ll make a difference.
