Day to day, you will: \n\n • Draft, review and organise legal documents for residential property transactions and cases\n, • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations and precedents to support case preparation\n, • Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete and up to date\n, • Liaise with clients, solicitors and external agencies to gather information and keep matters progressing\n, • Prepare reports, correspondence and schedules using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook\n, • Maintain strict confidentiality in line with legal and regulatory standards\n, • Provide administrative support to keep the department running smoothly\n\n About you \n\n • Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, ideally within residential property/conveyancing (preferred)\n, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach in line with Treating Customers Fairly principles\n, • Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new legal case management systems\n, • Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines\n, • Proactive, self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\n\n What happens next? \n This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm that truly values its people.
