The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the property acquisition, sales and investment process, delivering an exceptional level of service while developing strong and lasting relationships. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for luxury property and real estate investment. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and industry professionals., • Understand clients' property requirements, financial objectives and investment preferences., • Source suitable residential and investment opportunities both on and off market., • Conduct property viewings and accompany clients throughout the viewing process., • Present properties professionally and provide informed market insight., • Assist clients with negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords and other relevant parties., • Develop relationships with estate agents, developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other property professionals., • Identify new business opportunities and generate potential client leads., • Maintain accurate records of clients, properties, viewings and transactions., • Stay informed about the London and wider UK property markets, including pricing trends and investment opportunities., • Support the company's marketing and brand initiatives where required., • Provide a discreet, professional and personalised service to high-net-worth and international clients., • Work closely with the wider Munzil team to ensure a seamless client experience. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience in property, sales, real estate, investment or client relationship management is preferred., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities., • Professional appearance and presentation., • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail., • Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven., • Ability to build relationships and develop a strong professional network., • Confidence working with high-value transactions and discerning clients., • Knowledge of the London property market is advantageous., • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team., • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Desirable Skills • Experience working with luxury or prime residential property., • Existing network within the property or investment industry., • Knowledge of international property markets, particularly the Middle East., • Additional languages would be advantageous., • Experience using CRM systems and property portals.
