Senior Clinical Research Nurse \n \n About the Role \n \n We are seeking experienced and motivated Senior Clinical Research Nurses to join a growing clinical research team supporting the delivery of Phase II-IV clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n\n • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from study start-up through to close-out.\n, • Read and interpret study protocols, investigator brochures and regulatory documentation.\n, • Conduct participant screening, recruitment and informed consent discussions in accordance with GCP guidelines.\n, • Perform research visits and protocol-specific clinical assessments.\n, • Administer investigational products and monitor participants for adverse events.\n, • Manage study randomisation processes and investigational product accountability.\n, • Collect, process and manage clinical samples in accordance with study requirements.\n, • Maintain accurate source documentation and essential study records.\n, • Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.\n, • Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, SOPs and regulatory requirements.\n, • Support site initiation activities, ethics submissions and study close-out processes.\n, • Participate in monitoring visits, audits and regulatory inspections.\n, • Identify and escalate risks, issues and protocol deviations as appropriate.\n, • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and research best practices.\n, • Undertake additional duties required to support the successful conduct of clinical trials.\n\n \n Qualifications, Experience & Essential Skills \n \n\n • Registered Nurse (NMC).\n, • Minimum of 5 years' clinical research experience.\n, • Current GCP certification.\n, • Experience supporting Phase II-IV clinical trials.\n, • Strong understanding of clinical research regulations and study conduct.\n, • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\n, • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.\n, • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.\n, • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between clinical sites when required.\n\n
