Property Manager \n Location: Whitstable, East Kent Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (30-minute lunch) Full-time | Office based \n We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties and business centres across East Kent. This is a key role for a professional, organised and confident individual who enjoys building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and stakeholders, taking ownership and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and maintained to a high standard. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage the day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio and business centres.\n, • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and requests professionally and efficiently.\n, • Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, contractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.\n, • Carry out regular property and site inspections, identifying issues and following up as required.\n, • Coordinate repairs, maintenance and property-related works, ensuring contractors complete work to the required standard.\n, • Maintain accurate property records, documentation and reports.\n, • Ensure relevant procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements are followed.\n, • Work closely with senior management, providing updates on property matters as required.\n, • Travel between different sites across East Kent as necessary.\n, • Take ownership of property-related issues through to resolution and ensure a high standard of service is maintained.\n\n Person Specification \n\n • Previous experience in commercial property management, facilities management or a related environment.\n, • Experience dealing directly with tenants, contractors and external stakeholders.\n, • Professional, organised and approachable, with excellent communication skills.\n, • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.\n, • Proactive, practical and able to take ownership of issues through to completion.\n, • Ability to work independently while working closely with senior management and colleagues.\n, • High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.\n, • Clean, full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.\n, • Prepared to travel between different sites across East Kent.\n\n To Apply \n Please email your CV to
