Requirements • Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments is highly desirable., • Knowledge of patient care techniques including dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, hospice care, and senior care practices., • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and handle physical tasks safely., • Valid driving license with a clean driving record for transportation duties., • Certifications in first aid and medication administration are preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided., • Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to caregiving., • Ability to manage behavior effectively and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
