Job Title: Team PA \n Location: Central London – 4 days office \n Job Type: Full Time \n \n (Looking specifically for a real estate background) \n \n Our client is a team of property advisors focused on the office, living, industrial, and portfolio investment markets. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Team Personal Assistant to support senior managers and equity partners across the business. \n \n This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines high-level PA and administrative support with front-of-house, compliance, and office management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced PAs, supporting the wider business across Asset Management \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n Diary & Travel Coordination \n\n • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.\n, • Provide full administrative support to senior stakeholders and equity partners.\n\n Meeting & Event Support \n\n • Cover the Office & Living Team PA role on Fridays.\n, • Format and circulate the fortnightly team meeting presentation.\n, • Organise internal and external meetings, agendas, catering, and socials.\n\n Correspondence & Documentation \n\n • Draft and format emails, reports, and presentations.\n, • Assist in researching living property transactions (e.g., Rightmove data).\n, • Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure documents are professionally presented.\n\n Office Administration \n\n • Manage meeting rooms, greet guests, and provide refreshments.\n, • Handle incoming and outgoing post, couriers, subscriptions, and office supplies.\n, • Process expenses and raise invoice paperwork as required.\n, • Take ownership of around five key office subscriptions.\n\n Compliance Support \n\n • Help maintain accurate records to meet regulatory requirements.\n\n Facilities Support \n\n • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to maintain a high standard office environment.\n, • Oversee building access, lighting, cleanliness, and day-to-day workplace standards.\n\n Health & Safety \n\n • Support fire safety and first aid compliance including inductions, logs, and maintenance checks.\n\n Projects & Ad Hoc Support \n\n • Lead or assist on small projects, workplace initiatives, and internal communications.\n, • Update the company website’s media wall and assist with marketing materials.\n\n \n What We’re Looking For \n \n Essential: \n\n • Proven experience in a PA, Team Assistant, or business support role.\n, • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.\n, • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.\n, • Confident communicator with a proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.\n, • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint.\n, • Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented environment.\n\n Desirable: \n\n • Experience within property, real estate, or professional services.\n, • Knowledge of facilities, compliance, or front-of-house operations.\n\n The Person \n\n • Professional, approachable, and a genuine team player.\n, • Enjoys a varied role and can switch between tasks with ease.\n, • Calm under pressure, with a sense of humour and a “can-do” attitude.\n\n
