About You The successful candidate will ideally have: • Proven experience as a Site Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor environment., • Experience managing new-build construction projects., • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety and quality management., • A proven track record of managing subcontractors and site teams., • Excellent organisational and communication skills., • The ability to work effectively under programme and commercial pressures., • A strong understanding of construction programmes and project delivery., • Relevant construction qualifications, ideally including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
