We're hiring: Restaurant Manager Angelina Dalston is looking for an experienced, full-time Restaurant Manager to lead our floor team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong wine knowledge who wants to be present for service, not behind a desk leading from the floor, guiding guests through our Kondate tasting menu, and setting the tone for genuine, generous hospitality. About Us Angelina Dalston celebrates Itameshi Italian food with Japanese ingredients and influences. Our Kondate tasting menu takes its structure from the Japanese tradition of a considered, courses-led meal, paired with Italian technique and the day's best seasonal ingredients. We honour craft, not convention. There's no rigid script and no strict dress code just genuine hospitality, exceptional food and wine, and a team that feels like home. The Role As Restaurant Manager, you'll take full ownership of service, leading your team on the floor every shift rather than managing from the sidelines. You'll be the guest's guide through our Kondate tasting menu and wine list, so strong wine knowledge is essential. You'll set the standard for hospitality, keep service running smoothly under pressure, and build a floor team that shares your pride in the guest experience.
