This is a Part time role, 3 days per week. Responsibilities: • Perform a diverse range of treatments across all eight London properties, ensuring each guest receives the utmost care and attention., • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our treatment packages and offerings, guiding guests towards personalised experiences., • Cultivate strong, professional relationships with guests to foster loyalty and contribute to the growth of our client base., • Expertly recommend retail products tailored to guests' preferences and effectively close sales to enhance their at-home wellness routines., • Strive to meet and exceed sales targets established by the Spa Manager, showcasing your dedication to success., • Extend a warm and inspiring welcome to all guests, setting the tone for their spa journey from the moment they arrive., • Collaborate with the Spa Receptionist to manage daily bookings seamlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation., • Assist the Spa Manager with administrative tasks such as stock inventory to uphold our standards of excellence., • Provide support to the Spa Receptionist as needed, contributing to the overall success of our spa operations. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B & B2C IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development., • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model, subscription-based sales, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle management., • Good understanding of BDR (Business Development Representative) and SDR (Sales Development Representative) processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, outreach strategies, and pipeline management., • Ability to understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions., • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Commercially minded, self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven., • Willingness to work extended hours when business demands require., • Willingness to travel across the UK for client meetings and business development activities., • A valid UK driving licence is an advantage., • Fluency in one or more additional languages is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with international and global clients., • Candidates currently serving a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred., • Immediate or early joiners will be given preference., • Must have the legal right to work in the UK., • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
