Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview\n We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with specialized expertise in high-rise residential and commercial architecture to join our design team. In this role, you will lead complex multi-story building projects from concept design through construction administration, driving technical execution using Autodesk Revit. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams, ensure local building code compliance, and maintain design integrity on large-scale urban developments. Key Responsibilities\n Design & Technical Execution \n\n • \n Lead the architectural design and technical development of high-rise commercial, residential, or mixed-use towers. \n • \n Produce and oversee complete construction document (CD) packages, architectural details, exterior enclosure assemblies, and interior layouts using Autodesk Revit. \n • \n Solve complex high-rise design challenges, including core and shell layouts, vertical transportation (elevators/stairs), wind loading considerations, life safety, and curtain wall envelope detailing. \n\n BIM & Revit Management \n\n • \n Maintain strict adherence to project BIM execution plans (BEP), modeling standards, and LOD (Level of Development) requirements. \n • \n Conduct regular clash detection using Navisworks/Revit and coordinate models across structural, MEP, and civil engineering disciplines. \n • \n Create, manage, and refine custom parametric Revit families, templates, and automated workflows. \n\n Project Coordination & Management \n\n • \n Serve as the primary architectural contact for consultants, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and general contractors. \n • \n Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and Requests for Information (RFIs) during the Construction Administration (CA) phase. \n • \n Perform site visits and field inspections to ensure construction complies with approved design documents, zoning laws, and building codes. \nQualifications & Requirements\n\n • \n Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program. \n • \n Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) license strongly preferred; NCARB certification is a plus. \n • \n Experience: 7+ years of professional architectural experience, with a proven track record working specifically on high-rise (15+ stories) projects. \n • \n Revit Mastery: 5+ years of advanced, daily hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit within a production environment (BIM coordination and family creation required). \n • \n Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IBC/local building codes, life safety codes (NFPA), accessibility (ADA), facade systems, and high-rise structural systems. \n • \n Software Proficiency: \n \n • \n Primary: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks \n • \n Secondary: AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper, Enscape/V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu \n \n • \n Skills: Strong leadership, client-facing presentation abilities, and technical problem-solving capabilities. \n
