Key Responsibilities • Operate within a static gatehouse environment, including access control, booking deliveries and collections, traffic marshalling, logging information, temperature monitoring, incident control, and enforcing HSE/PPE compliance., • Maintain physical site security through internal and external patrols, CCTV monitoring, and alarm and fire system oversight., • Facilitate out-of-hours access for warehouse areas, including CD vault support for Duty Manager tasks., • Assist with loss prevention activities including staff and vehicle searches, targeted surveillance, and report writing., • Investigate and report on breaches and incidents including trespass, vandalism, assault, theft and alarm activations., • Maintain working knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms and temperature-controlled systems., • Provide cover across days, nights, weekends, Bank Holidays and site lockdowns., • Maintain confidentiality and support additional duties as required by management.
