Key Responsibilities as our Room Attendant: • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready on time and meet brand expectations., • Replenish linen, towels and guest amenities while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping trolley., • Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with other departments to deliver excellent service., • Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns in line with hotel procedures., • Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following all housekeeping standards and procedures., • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
