Completing routine statutory monitoring and recording utility readings. Maintaining accurate shift logs and maintenance records. General cleaning and housekeeping within the boilerhouse. Assisting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with planned and reactive maintenance activities. Answering maintenance calls and responding to site requests. Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations. Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with any additional maintenance tasks as required. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Fabric Engineer, Handyman, Maintenance Operative, Caretaker, Building Maintenance Operative or similar. General fabric maintenance skills, including basic repairs and painting & decorating. Experience working within commercial, industrial or other high-profile environments. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider maintenance team. Full UK driving licence.
