The environment is fast paced, quality driven and focused on delivering reliable performance for customers.The RoleYou will lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Process Engineering and Facilities functions to maximise plant reliability, operational efficiency, product quality and overall site capability. The remit combines strategic leadership with hands on operational delivery in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will develop and implement the site engineering strategy, deliver continuous improvement programmes, lead capital investment projects and build a high performing engineering team.
