Your new companyA global leading dynamic company, with world leading brands as their customers, a “green” programme and expanding - are looking to recruit in their People/HR/Development/L&D team at their Lincolnshire site - based in commutable distance from Gainsborough / parts of Doncaster / North of Lincoln / South of Scunthorpe / Market Rasen.Your new roleThis is a truly fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious individual.You will support the People/Talent Manager providing a proactive and commercially focused people service across the business, partnering with managers to support effective people management, employee development, L&D, compliance and business performance.The role combines hands on operational HR responsibilities with employee relations, L&D, manager coaching, training & competency compliance, HR systems, projects, recruitment and ethical employment standards.This is a varied and hands on role, suited to someone who is self-motivated, proactive and confident using their initiative to take ownership of priorities and drive actions through to completion.Working in a busy and fast paced environment, you will be given the opportunity to progress and further develop your career within HR and L&D/Training.
