Unlike either a purely clinical or purely digital post, this hybrid position offers the breadth of two complementary workstreams within a single contracted role — giving you the variety, purpose, and professional development that neither strand alone could provide. \n Across your working week you will split your time between two distinct but connected responsibilities. Two days per week you will be active in the community — delivering group and one-to-one therapeutic sessions for young people and adults, leading local promotion of NXG's digital crisis services, and building relationships with partner organisations, schools, GP practices, and VCSE referrers from cross the East of England. Key Responsibilities • Supervising day-to-day site operations on civil engineering and energy projects., • Managing direct labour, subcontractors and specialist trades., • Coordinating labour, plant, materials and site resources., • Driving high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance., • Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme and project requirements., • Supporting Site Managers with planning, logistics and delivery activities., • Monitoring productivity and progress against programme., • Managing site records, permits and reporting requirements., • Liaising with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and client representatives., • Promoting a positive safety culture across all site activities. What We're Looking For -Previous experience as a General Foreman, Foreman or Site Supervisor on civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities or energy projects. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Experience managing labour, plant and material resources. -Good understanding of construction health and safety requirements. -Ability to effectively coordinate multiple work activities. -IT literate with experience using digital site reporting systems. -Willingness to travel throughout Suffolk, Norfolk and the wider East Anglia region. Highly Desirable Experience We're particularly interested in candidates with experience of: • Live substations., • Energy and power sector projects., • Reinforced concrete works., • Rebar installation., • Formwork systems., • Structural concrete construction., • Small earthworks packages., • Infrastructure and utilities projects., • National Grid, transmission or distribution schemes. Qualifications • CSCS Card., • SSSTS or SMSTS., • Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable • First Aid at Work., • Temporary Works awareness., • EUSR accreditation., • Utility or energy sector certifications., • National Grid or substation project experience.
