You will plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where performance and return on investment matter more than vanity metrics.You should already know how to run campaigns that perform and be ready to go deeper on strategy, audience targeting, and the data behind what drives results. You are not here to tick off daily tasks. You are here to become genuinely expert across multiple platforms and build the foundation for your own business.Paid Media Executive - What youll be doingCampaign setup and management building, launching, and managing paid campaigns across Google Search, Google Display, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads for B2B and B2C clients.Audience targeting and segmentation developing and refining targeting strategies for each platform, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, interest targeting, and LinkedIn job title and company size targeting for B2B.Ad creative briefing and testing briefing creative requirements and testing ad formats, copy variants, and visual approaches systematically to identify what drives the strongest performance.Budget management managing client ad budgets across platforms and campaigns, ensuring spend is paced correctly and allocated toward the highest-performing activity.Performance analysis and reporting tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance across all platforms using native dashboards and Google Analytics. Reports should be clear, commercially focused, and actionable.Landing page and conversion optimisation working with the delivery team to identify and recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion flows based on paid traffic behaviour.Search 360 integration understanding how paid media fits within the broader Polaris Search 360 system and how paid campaigns work alongside SEO, GEO, content, and social to serve buyer intent at the right moment on the right platform.AI-assisted delivery using tools including ChatGPT and Claude for campaign research, audience insight, ad copy generation, and performance analysis. Smart use of AI is part of how Polaris operates.Paid Media Executive - What were looking for1 year of hands-on paid media experience managing live campaigns with real budgets on Google Ads and at least one social platform. You should have built campaigns, optimised them, and reported on results to a client or internal stakeholder.Google Ads proficiency you can build and manage search campaigns, set up conversion tracking, and interpret performance data. Google Ads certification is an advantage but not essential.Meta Ads experience Facebook and Instagram campaign management across both B2C and B2B objectives including lead generation, traffic, and conversion campaigns.Commercial instinct you think in terms of return on investment and cost per acquisition, not just click-through rates. You understand that clients care about leads and revenue.Analytically minded you are comfortable working across multiple data sources, can build a clear performance narrative, and know what to do next based on what you are seeing.Organised and proactive you manage multiple clients without dropping the ball and communicate clearly when something needs attention.Ambitious and self-directed you want to run paid campaigns for your own clients one day.
