We are an ambitious new opening centred around a vibrant brunch service by day and a sophisticated small plates menu by night. Our mission is to blend artisanal ingredients with creative flair in a high-energy, beautiful space. We are building our founding front-of-house team from the ground up, and we know that exceptional service and strong leadership are central to everything we do. The Role: Front of House Supervisor We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our founding team, covering both waitering and bartending duties while overseeing the smooth running of service. From guiding guests through a relaxed brunch service to crafting imaginative cocktails and elevating an evening of sophisticated small plates, you will set the standard for the floor, support and develop the team around you, and be central to shaping our guests' experience from the moment they arrive. You will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your leadership is valued and your personality can shine. Service and Cocktail Excellence: Deliver and oversee food and drink service to an exacting standard, including preparing and serving a full range of cocktails, classic and original, while maintaining warmth, attentiveness, and consistency across every table and every service. Floor and Bar Management: Oversee the organisation and stocking of your section and the bar station throughout each shift, including proactive table resets, restocking, mise en place ahead of peak periods, and spot-checking standards across the team. Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, guide them through our food and drinks menus, make confident recommendations, and resolve any guest concerns swiftly and professionally. Workflow and Speed: Maintain a fast, efficient service rhythm during busy brunch and evening periods without compromising on care, accuracy, drink quality, or presentation, adjusting staffing and flow as needed. Training and Development: Support the onboarding and ongoing training of new team members, sharing product knowledge, cocktail technique, and service standards. Hygiene and Compliance: Ensure daily and weekly front-of-house and bar cleaning protocols are followed, and take responsibility for compliance with food safety, licensing, and responsible service of alcohol regulations across the shift. Team Collaboration: Act as the key link between the bar, floor, and kitchen teams, ensuring food and drinks are delivered together smoothly and any issues are communicated quickly. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role within a fast-paced restaurant, cocktail bar, premium dining venue, or similar hospitality environment, ideally with skills across both table service and bartending. Strong technical skills across table service, order taking, and guest management, along with confidence in spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation, including shaking, stirring, and building drinks to a high standard. Experience training, motivating, and managing a small team during live service. Knowledge of food and wine pairing, classic cocktails, and genuine enthusiasm for developing the menu and mentoring the team on original serves. A warm, engaging personality with a natural passion for guest experience and community, and the confidence to lead by example. Reliable, punctual, and energised by a buzzing, high-tempo service environment. Local to Kew or the surrounding Richmond areas is highly preferred. Why Join Us? Growth and Progression: Be part of a brand-new launch from day one, in a leadership role with real influence over how the team and venue develop. We value talent and actively prioritise internal promotion as our hospitality group grows. £22–£28 por hora
    Jornada completa
    Twickenham

THE WORK We install, commission, service and fault-find domestic gas appliances, pipework and flue systems in some of the most valuable residential property in the country. Our clients are private homeowners, interior designers and architects, main contractors and property developers. Our projects range from listed and period townhouses and large private residences through to architect-led new builds, major refurbishment programmes and multi-unit developments. The work is technically demanding and highly visible, delivered alongside main contractors, consultants and specialist trades, to programme and to a standard that stands up to inspection. That is why our clients keep coming back, and it is the standard the successful candidate will be expected to hold. THE ROLE This is a hands-on gas engineering position with real technical ownership from the outset. Day to day it covers: • Installation and commissioning — first and second fix gas pipework; installation of appliances to manufacturers’ instructions and Gas Safe Regulations; balanced, open, fan-assisted and lined flue systems; tightness testing, combustion performance analysis and spillage testing; client handover and demonstration., • Servicing and diagnostics — planned servicing and annual safety checks; fault finding and rectification across a broad range of appliances and controls; warranty and remedial works with manufacturer technical support; correct handling of unsafe situations., • Survey and technical assessment — attending site surveys; reading and interpreting architectural, structural and M&E drawings; identifying service clashes and buildability issues before they reach site; assessing flue routing, ventilation, combustible distances and access., • Compliance and records — daily logs and job records on our digital platform; commissioning certificates, Gas Safe notifications and Building Regulations compliance; working within Part J and Part A, the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations and relevant British Standards., • Team and client — representing the business on site, working cleanly and professionally in occupied homes; clear coordination with operations, sales and subcontract trades; supporting and, in time, mentoring less experienced colleagues. WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Current Gas Safe registration with an in-date ACS CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety)., • Practical experience of domestic gas installation, servicing or fault finding. Engineers from a heating or plumbing background looking to move into installation work are welcome to apply., • Full UK driving licence., • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturers’ instructions accurately., • Strong diagnostic ability — able to work a fault through logically rather than by replacement., • Attention to detail, sound time management, and clear communication — verbally, in writing and digitally., • Honest, trustworthy and comfortable working unsupervised in clients’ homes., • Right to work in the United Kingdom. HELPFUL, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL • ACS HTR1 (gas fires and wall heaters). Training and certification will be funded for the right candidate., • Experience of gas works within residential construction or high-end refurbishment, or with European appliance manufacturers and their commissioning requirements., • CSCS card, working at height, asbestos awareness or first aid certification. THE PERSON The right candidate is ambitious and looking for a career rather than the next job. They want to be trusted with the whole job, not just their part of it, and are prepared to make a technical judgement on site and stand behind it. They work at pace without cutting corners, and stay interested in the technical detail long after the certificates are issued. In time, they want to lead a team — and will do the work required to earn it. WHY APPLY • A permanent, stable position with an established business — not agency or job-to-job work., • Fully funded training, certification and manufacturer accreditation, with time allowed for it., • A defined progression route from engineer to team leader, with pay reviewed at each milestone., • Fixed weekday hours. No weekends, no on-call, no callout rota., • A fully equipped company vehicle., • Varied, technically interesting work in properties most engineers never get to see inside, with direct access to senior management — a business small enough that good work is noticed and acted upon. TO APPLY Please apply with a current CV and a brief covering note. We are happy to speak informally with anyone who wants to understand the role first. We are an equal opportunities employer and appoint on merit alone.
