We’re using scalable new technology to reimagine our product intelligence platform with limitless future potential, from personalisation to AI enhanced insight. \n \n The Post Holder will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of Vypr's executive team by ensuring leaders are organised, informed, prepared and focused on the highest-value activities. \n \n What you will do \n \n\n • Enabling Leadership effectiveness\n\n\n, • Manage complex calendars for the Exec team, ensuring time is aligned to business priorities and strategic objectives.\n, • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agendas and follow-up actions.\n, • Prepare briefing materials, presentations and supporting documentation for executive meetings and events.\n, • Support Exec meetings by managing agendas, capturing key decisions and tracking actions to completion.\n, • Provide administrative and operational support to the executive team on both business and personal matters, that enables the executive team to focus on high-value strategic activities, such as coordinating travel, booking accommodation, event arrangements and calendar management of key dates.\n\n \n\n • Coordination and communication\n\n\n, • Act as a central coordination point across teams and stakeholders\n, • Ensure smooth scheduling and organisation of key business rhythms\n, • Work with our IT function to support smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees\n, • Design and run the company’s operating cadence (Exec, Board, All Hands)\n, • Prepare high-quality board packs, reports, minutes and strategic materials\n\n \n\n • Office and People operations\n\n\n, • Own the day-to-day running of the Manchester office\n, • Create a welcoming, organised, and high-performing office environment\n, • Manage office suppliers, facilities, and resources\n, • Support the People team with administrative tasks and data management where required\n, • Arrange Company events and team gatherings\n, • Be a visible and trusted presence in the office\n\n \n What you will be responsible for \n\n • Ensuring the Executive team is well-supported, organised, and operating effectively\n, • Maintaining visibility of executive priorities, proactively managing conflicts, deadlines and commitments\n, • Delivering a high-quality office experience that supports culture and performance\n, • Smooth coordination of meetings, schedules, and key business activities\n, • Reliable execution of administrative and operational processes\n, • External stakeholder engagement\n\n \n What great looks like in this role \n \n\n • The Exec team is prepared, on time, and focused on the right priorities\n, • The office is organised, welcoming, and enables collaboration\n, • Meetings and logistics run smoothly with minimal friction\n, • Stakeholders experience high levels of professionalism and responsiveness\n, • Processes are simple, effective, and continuously improving\n, • Administrative output is timely and of high quality\n\n \n About you \n \n\n • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Manager\n, • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment\n, • Exposure to scale-up or high-growth businesses\n, • Exceptional organisational and time management skills\n, • Highly proactive.
