Catch 22 are working with a leading property management organisation who are seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to take responsibility for a prestigious commercial property in Manchester, near Trafford Centre. \n This is an outstanding opportunity to manage a landmark, multi-occupancy asset, taking ownership of all hard and soft FM services, contractor performance, occupier engagement, health & safety compliance and operational excellence. The successful candidate will also play a key role in driving service improvements, supporting strategic FM initiatives and leading on-site service partners to ensure the property continues to operate to the highest standards.
