Vacancy: Social Value Delivery & Performance Facilitator Closing date: Tuesday 1 September Shortlisting: Wednesday 2 September Proposed Interview date: Monday 7 September Salary: £37,850 About the vacancy: We're looking for a proactive and organised Social Value Delivery & Performance Facilitator to support the delivery of Hedyn's social value and community inclusion objectives across five local authority areas. Working closely with colleagues, contractors and community partners, you'll help coordinate projects, monitor performance, manage data and reporting, and ensure social value commitments translate into meaningful outcomes for residents and communities. This is a varied role that combines community engagement, administration, communications, finance coordination and performance monitoring, providing an opportunity to make a tangible impact while supporting the delivery of safe, connected and thriving communities. *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role Specifically, in the role you will: Administration & Coordination Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure contractor social value commitments, community inclusion activity and regeneration priorities are accurately recorded, tracked and progressed across five local authority areas. Maintain organised and compliant documentation relating to social value delivery, neighbourhood initiatives, community engagement, partnership projects, pilot activity and regeneration programmes. Prepare agendas, action logs, performance packs, evidence bundles, KPI updates and meeting notes for contractor review meetings, internal discussions and community/regeneration forums. Track actions, milestones and outcomes across social value, community inclusion and regeneration activities, ensuring commitments are delivered and escalating issues, information gaps or risks where required. Support the administration of regeneration pilots, social value initiatives and innovation projects, including document management, progress monitoring and evidence collection. Assist in resolving data, reporting and documentation queries, ensuring records remain accurate, accessible, audit-ready and aligned to What Matters Plans, neighbourhood priorities and organisational requirements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Prepare and maintain SPAR submissions, performance dashboards, contractor summaries, KPI reports and regeneration briefings for managers, contractors and senior stakeholders. Monitor and track delivery against social value action plans, contractor commitments, community priorities, grant activity and regeneration milestones, ensuring progress is accurately recorded and evidenced. Identify risks, delivery gaps, slippage, missing information or evidence requirements, escalating issues where necessary to support effective delivery and reporting. Compile, analyse and maintain community insight, engagement information, thematic datasets and performance data to support planning, regeneration activity and continuous improvement. Assist the Social Value Investment Specialist and wider team with contractor performance reviews, evidence collection, delivery updates and action planning. Ensure performance information, supporting evidence and reporting records remain accurate, accessible, compliant and audit-ready at all times. Resource Allocation & Coordination Facilitate the collation of community insight, regeneration intelligence and project updates for theme-based reporting (Safe & Connected, Health & Wellbeing, Place & Environment). Assist Community Inclusion Facilitators to collect and log neighbourhood insight that informs regeneration and What Matters planning. Communications Draft and prepare content for newsletters, social media, contractor reports, regeneration updates, case studies, resident stories and community impact reports. Support clear, consistent and engaging messaging on social value, community inclusion, regeneration and neighbourhood activity across residents, contractors, partners and internal teams. Act as a link between the Communities & Regeneration Team and Communications Team, helping to identify, develop and share positive stories, achievements and outcomes. Capture and coordinate lived-experience stories, case studies, community insights and resident feedback to demonstrate the impact of projects and services. Promote community strengths, local achievements, partnership successes and resident-led initiatives to build pride, confidence and participation within neighbourhoods. Ensure communications materials and supporting evidence are accurate, timely and aligned to organisational priorities, contractual commitments and reporting requirements. Finance & Budget Management Maintain accurate records of social value finance, in-kind contributions, contractor commitments, grant funding, community activity costs and regeneration-related expenditure. Process and update finance-related information, including social value valuations, financial commitments, grant reporting data, purchase information and supporting evidence. Support Procurement and Finance teams with contract documentation, purchase orders, valuations and records required to demonstrate social value and regeneration commitments. Monitor community investment, neighbourhood activity costs and project expenditure, ensuring spend is transparent, accountable and aligned to agreed priorities and budgets. Assist with the collection, validation and reporting of financial evidence to support contractor performance reviews, audits, funding requirements and organisational reporting. Ensure all financial records, valuations and supporting documentation are accurate, compliant and audit-ready, helping to demonstrate the impact and value of social value investment. Systems Management Maintain and update CRM/Dynamics and associated reporting systems to ensure social value, community inclusion and regeneration data is accurate, current and audit-ready. Record and manage engagement activity, community events, resident interactions, case studies, partnership activity, social value outcomes and neighbourhood initiatives within organisational systems. Update community profiles, asset maps, engagement records and neighbourhood intelligence to support What Matters Plans, regeneration priorities and place-based decision-making. Support the capture and integration of community asset information, including local skills, groups, venues, networks and community-led resources, ensuring valuable local intelligence is accessible and utilised. Monitor and validate data quality by checking the completeness, accuracy and consistency of records, ensuring information is reliable for reporting, performance management and audit purposes. Undertake system improvements, process reviews and data-quality checks to strengthen insight gathering, monitoring, evidence collection and organisational learning across communities. Produce and maintain accurate outputs, KPI records, milestones and performance information to support contractor reporting, community investment, social value delivery and regeneration outcomes. Health, Wellbeing & Compliance Apply data protection, confidentiality, safeguarding, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), governance, financial and contract requirements across all social value, community inclusion and regeneration activity. Ensure all evidence, records, reporting and community engagement activity are compliant, secure and aligned with organisational policies, contractual commitments and regulatory requirements. Support inclusive engagement and evidence gathering approaches that reflect diverse voices, lived experiences and the needs of underrepresented groups within communities. Identify and appropriately escalate safeguarding, risk, compliance, governance or health and wellbeing concerns in line with organisational procedures. Partnerships & Collaboration Develop and maintain positive working relationships with community groups, schools, VCSE organisations, contractors, local authorities, partners and internal teams to support effective social value, community inclusion and regeneration outcomes. Work closely with Social Value Specialists, Community Inclusion Facilitators, the Social Value Investment Specialist, Procurement and Finance teams to coordinate evidence gathering, monitoring, reporting and programme delivery. Support joined-up working across services and organisations, facilitating referrals, signposting and partnership opportunities that respond to community needs and priorities. Ensure resident voice, lived experience and local intelligence are accurately captured and reflected within social value activity, community planning, regeneration initiatives and performance reporting. Provide coordination, insight and evidence to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of social value commitments, community investment and regeneration projects. Promote collaborative approaches that maximise resources, strengthen local partnerships and deliver sustainable benefits for residents and neighbourhoods.
