As an Engineering Supervisor (Electrical Bias), you will lead a team of 8 maintenance engineers within a busy recycling facility, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement activities, and maximise plant uptime across a 4-on-4-off day shift pattern. \n Client Details \n Our client is a leading recycling and resource recovery business operating a large-scale processing facility in Nottinghamshire.
