The Opportunity As Restaurant & Bars Manager, you'll takethree key operational areas: Restaurant Bars Conference & Events Leading your team, you'll ensure guests receive exceptional service while driving performance, standards, and team engagement across the department. Key responsibilities include: Leading and inspiring your teams to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences Managing the day-to-day operation across all food and beverage areas Coordinating staffing levels, rotas, and resources to meet business demands while maintaining budget controls Monitoring labour costs, stock management, and departmental expenditure Providing hands-on leadership and operational support during service when required Driving continuous improvement and implementing operational efficiencies Conducting regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and development plans for team members Ensuring all departments consistently deliver and maintain 4-star service standards Building a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence About You We're looking for an enthusiastic and engaging hospitality professional who genuinely enjoys leading people and creating memorable guest experiences across Restaurant / Bar and Events. You'll have: Proven experience managing a Restaurant / Bar or in a hotel Food & Beverage environment. Strong people management and team development skills A passion for delivering exceptional customer service Experience managing labour costs, stock control, budgets, and departmental performance Excellent organisational and communication abilities A hands-on management style with the confidence to lead from the front Most importantly, you'll be someone who inspires others, raises standards, and enjoys developing teams to achieve their full potential.
