As an equal opportunity employer, we care deeply about creating an inclusive workplace where our team members feel valued, respected, and empowered. \n \n \n \n Your role within the team: \n \n About the Role \n We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly organised People & Payroll Coordinator to support the smooth running of our UK office and help deliver an outstanding employee experience as part of our People & Culture team. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships across the business, and taking ownership of a broad range of payroll, HR and office management activities. \n Working closely with the People & Culture Business Partner, you will support key people processes across the employee lifecycle and contribute to a range of HR initiatives and projects. \n \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Payroll, Reward & Benefits \n\n • Support monthly payroll administration for the UK, Ireland and Geneva offices, working with external payroll providers.\n, • Administer employee benefits, pension schemes, and insurance programmes.\n, • Maintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems.\n, • Support annual salary review, bonus and performance management processes.\n, • Assist with salary benchmarking and HR reporting, including headcount and organisation charts.\n\n \n \n HR Administration \n\n • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the People & Culture function.\n, • Support onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes and other employee lifecycle activities.\n, • Conduct Right to Work checks and maintain employee records in line with UK GDPR requirements.\n, • Respond to employee queries and provide first-line HR support.\n, • Prepare HR documents, letters and reports as required.\n, • Support employee relations processes and maintain confidential records.\n, • Coordinate training activities and compliance training.\n, • Support employee engagement initiatives and chair the UK Culture Group.\n, • Assist with HR projects as needed.\n\n \n \n Office & Employee Experience \n\n • Support the day-to-day running of the UK office and maintain a positive working environment.\n, • Manage office supplies, facilities, post, couriers and general office administration.\n, • Process purchase orders and invoices in line with company procedures.\n, • Liaise with building management and external suppliers.\n, • Support office Health & Safety requirements, including risk assessments and workplace compliance.\n, • Coordinate office events, visitor management and onboarding logistics.\n\n \n \n Skills & Experience \n\n • 2+ Years' previous experience in HR administration, payroll, office management or a similar support role.\n, • Good understanding of UK payroll and HR administration processes.\n, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.\n, • CIPD Level 3 qualification (or studying towards one) is desirable.\n, • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n, • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\n, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n, • Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.\n, • Knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice is desirable.\n\n \n This job description is not intended to be exhaustive and may be amended to meet business needs. \n \n \n Benefits: \n\n • 🏢 H&H Group offers flexible, hybrid working.
