This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.What Your Day Will Look LikeAs Financial Controller, you will:Lead the month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and disciplineProduce high-quality management accounts, dashboards, and financial insightsStrengthen financial controls, compliance, and governance across all sitesOversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisManage cashflow reporting and treasury processesSupport the Financial Director with strategic planning and financial modellingPartner with Senior Leadership Team, and Practice Managers to ensure financial clarity and accountabilityPrepare audit files and liaise with external auditorsDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency and data qualitySupport the integration of new practices as the group expandsHow You Can Thrive at ZentalWe value more than technical skill.
