We are seeking an organised and personable Residential Park Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a well-established residential park community in Chesham, comprising 89 homes and approximately 120 residents. \n Working closely with the resident-led Board of Directors, you will manage administration, finances, compliance, contractor coordination and resident relations, ensuring the smooth operation of the park. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, financial administration experience and the ability to build positive relationships within a close-knit community. \n Location: Chesham, BuckinghamshireSalary: £24,000 per annum (£40,000 FTE)Hours: Part-Time, 3 Days per Week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)Benefits: 17 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, and on-site parkingReporting To: Board of DirectorsDBS Check Required \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage the daily operation of the residential park.\n, • Act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors and suppliers.\n, • Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractors.\n, • Maintain resident records, correspondence and park documentation.\n, • Manage financial records using Sage Accounts and process payroll via Sage Payroll.\n, • Assist with budgets, expenditure monitoring and reporting.\n, • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and site licence requirements.\n, • Prepare reports for the Board and attend meetings, including the AGM.\n, • Handle resident enquiries and complaints professionally and sensitively.\n\n About You \n Essential \n\n • Experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll.\n, • Strong administration and organisational skills.\n, • Excellent communication and customer service skills.\n, • Financial administration experience.\n, • Good Microsoft Office skills.\n, • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.\n, • Professional, discreet and trustworthy.\n, • Willingness to undergo a DBS check.\n\n Desirable \n\n • Experience in property, estate, facilities, housing or park management.\n, • Knowledge of the Mobile Homes Act 1983 and residential park regulations.\n, • Experience working with boards, committees or resident associations.\n, • Understanding of contractor management and health & safety compliance.\n\n Why Join Us? \n This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role within a friendly residential community.
