Working closely with referral partners, you will co-ordinate referrals and match older people with trained volunteers who will provide motivational companionship and support them to maintain their exercise programme over nine weeks. You will oversee each placement, ensuring referrals are appropriate, risks are managed, and clients and volunteers receive the support they need. Alongside this, you will oversee the monitoring and evaluation of the service, tracking project targets and outcomes, and providing reports to funders and management.
