You will help deliver a seamless customer experience, coordinate event activities, and work closely with the wider team to ensure each event runs smoothly. \n The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced event environment. Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality or customer service is desirable. \n \n Responsibilities and Duties: \n\n • Assist in the planning and on-site execution of pop-up events\n, • Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners (venues, logistics, equipment, temporary staff, etc.)\n, • Manage event setup, operations, and breakdown\n, • Provide on-site management during events to ensure smooth processes and a positive customer experience\n, • Assist with post-event feedback and basic data compilation\n, • Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams\n, • Ability to manage a small team onsite during events\n\n \n Qualifications: \n\n • Candidates must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing)\n, • Must be based in Manchester\n, • Prior experience in offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions is preferred\n, • Retail or store-related experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus\n, • Strong communication skills and ability to independently liaise with external stakeholders\n, • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced, multitasking environments\n, • Willingness to travel within the UK if needed\n, • Must be able to work weekends\n, • Must have legal authorisation to work in the UK and be able to provide the necessary documents\n
