This is an exciting opportunity to join a provision that is starting from scratch, with the potential to quickly build up a regular workload as our learner numbers grow. You do not need extensive experience as an assessor or tutor. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about supporting learners to develop their skills and become qualified dental nurses. About the role As a Dental Nurse Assessor / Tutor, you will support learners throughout their apprenticeship and qualification journey. Your role will include: Conducting learner inductions Completing initial skill scans and assessments Conducting regular learner reviews Delivering one-to-one teaching and support sessions Carrying out in-practice observations Assessing learners' knowledge, skills and competence Providing constructive feedback and guidance Supporting learners to stay on track with their qualification Maintaining accurate assessment and learner records Working with learners and dental practices to support progress About you We are looking for a qualified and motivated dental professional who enjoys supporting others to learn and develop.
