The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for handling technical queries related to optical lenses, ensuring all orders are input accurately and on time, and proactively managing customer accounts by chasing delayed orders and communicating updates effectively. You will also liaise with internal teams to resolve complaints swiftly and support retention activity by re-engaging inactive customers.
