There is also the opportunity to work alongside colleagues across other commercial disciplines, giving you exposure to the wider issues affecting your clients and their businesses.The Role\n\n • Join an established Commercial Property team and play an active role in its continued development and success.\n, • Manage a varied caseload acting for landlords, developers, business owners, investors and landowners.\n, • Advise on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, including investment and development matters.\n, • Handle a broad range of commercial leases, licences and associated property arrangements.\n, • Advise on property finance and secured lending matters.\n, • Work on more sophisticated property arrangements including options, pre-emption agreements and overage agreements.\n, • Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to develop new business.\n, • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Corporate & Commercial, where property matters form part of wider business transactions.\n, • Have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and direction of the commercial property offering rather than simply processing transactions.\n, • Choose to be based from the Walsall, Cannock or Sutton Coldfield office, supported by an agile approach to working.\nCould you see yourself taking ownership of your own client relationships while also helping to shape the future direction of a successful commercial property team?
