Plan and implement retail operations and strategies to support the company’s commercial goals. Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient and profitable business performance. Allocate duties, organise staff rotas and maintain appropriate staffing levels according to business requirements. Manage stock levels across groceries, meat, poultry, seafood, chilled and frozen products to meet customer demand. Monitor stock receiving, storage, rotation, replenishment and presentation to minimise waste and stock losses. Oversee store presentation, merchandising, product displays, pricing and promotional activities.
