What you will do • Create system accounts for temporary workers, deliver onboarding guidance (safety orientation, access card setup), and track headcount changes with clear justifications for each addition/reduction., • Monitor daily attendance exception rates, perform time‑sheet calibration, confirm actual working hours, and compile reports for dispatch agencies., • Verify temp worker invoices, reconcile hours and cost calculations, handle system payment submissions, and resolve any invoice discrepancies., • Manage the full temp worker lifecycle from account creation to exit, ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination with HR, payroll, and external labor suppliers., • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new project rollouts, provide timely data reports, and continuously improve operational efficiency in workforce administration. About you • A bachelor's degree or above. Degrees in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related fields are preferred., • Work experience: No strict requirements. Candidates with relevant experience in warehouse operations, procurement, or administrative support are preferred; recent graduates with strong motivation are welcome., • Professional competency: Familiar with daily warehouse and office support processes; capable of handling multiple tasks such as supplier coordination, temporary staff management, and basic financial tasks independently., • Business understanding: Good sense of operational needs, able to align daily support tasks with business objectives and proactively identify areas for improvement., • Fluent in Chinese, French, and English What We Offer Joining JD.com means becoming part of a company where people, innovation, and impact go hand in hand.
